If you require a longer inspection period than our standard period please contact us before ordering and we will extend the time.
You may return any item or items for refund or exchange. Simply contact us within the ten day inspection period after your item has been delivered via email at
customerservice@qualityjewelryboxes.com or from our Contact Us page.
If you chose to return your item, you would then be E-mailed with an authorization number and instructions to return. Your packing slip will also indicate which E-mail address you could use and where you need to send your return. The delivery date is the date the shipper considers the item delivered.
Authorized returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. If you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip. You may want to insure your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual shipping costs to the recipient will be deducted from your return refund.
We will receive and inspect the returned merchandise and will credit your account if the merchandise and it's gift box is in the original condition when shipped. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. A refund will not be credited for unauthorized returns. Refused shipments or
uncollected orders which are returned to Quality Jewelry Boxes by the shipper after a delivery attempt has been made by a shipper, are not considered authorized returns and no refund will be issed. Any item that has been altered from it's original condition can not be returned or exchanged. Quality Jewelry Boxes reserves the right to cancel any sale.
